Welcome
I’m Frank Copeland; executive chef, world traveler, culinary consultant, father of two incredible young ladies, food fanatic and professional diner. Born in the heart of the American south in Charleston, South Carolina. I was raised in Atlanta, Georgia and educated in Connecticut, Dallas, Atlanta and NYC. My love of great food started as a child helping my dad make dinner for the family and my first dollars earned were selling pound cakes in my neighborhood door to door.
Experience:
I have spent my adult life studying cuisine across the globe in Europe, and Asia. My formal culinary training was completed at the French Culinary Institute in NYC, where I graduated in 1997. I have worked as a chef, food and beverage director, and corporate culinary director in Atlanta, North Carolina, New York City, Hilton Head Island and most recently in Annapolis, Maryland. My passions are food, travel, exercise, and spending time with my family.
education
At the age of eleven, I attended my first cooking class with Julia Child followed that same year by a class with Jacques Pepin. Throughout my formative years I was bound to be a physician earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Georgia State University in 1994.

Soon after college, I had my first experience in a professional kitchen working as a prep cook. That experience lead to realizing that my true passion was food. From that day forward I have been lucky to never regret a day being able to cook.
